I’m Josh Canova — founder, operator, systems architect, and the creator of the Precision Scale™ System.

For 15+ years, I’ve built and scaled companies in media, e-commerce, services, and operations.
I’ve led teams from 5 to 65+, delivered multi-million-dollar global projects, and built operating models that allowed companies to grow without burning out their founders.

My background isn’t traditional “ops.”
I come from the creative world — film, production, storytelling — where chaos is guaranteed unless you build for clarity, workflow, and precise execution.
